COVID-19

COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Infected people have had a wide range of symptoms reported – from mild symptoms to severe illness.

Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

Look for emergency warning signs for COVID-19. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:

  • Trouble breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion
  • Inability to wake or stay awake
  • Pale, gray, or blue-colored skin, lips, or nail beds, depending on skin tone

We accept HSA (Health Savings Accounts) and Credit Card. We do not bill until the visit is complete.

Yes, telehealth is all we do. Our vision and goal is three fold: to connect patients to providers, to address the totality of health (body, mind and spirit), to facilitate nurse practitioners ability to work for themselves and find work-life-family balance.

About our TeleHealth services

  • Evisit- Asynchronous. No audio or video consult. Submit request, reviewed by provider, prescription sent in, summary of recommendations, education, prescription and follow up messaged back to patient. Good for COVID prophylaxis care requests, medication refills. 
  • Telehealth Visit - audio or video for COVID + patients, long haul syndrome patients or other health or medical concerns
  • We provide after hours support for direct primary care members only
  • We are now offering a membership plan to our patients
